“Ruim”

The location was good, close to the city center, with easy access to the train station, a metro station a short walk away, several bus lines, and various attractions, letting us walk to places. The nearby market was another plus, staying open late. The streets in the area were dirty, and the building’s façade looked frightening. The room smelled moldy, the bedding was poor, and the shower was a nightmare: it would heat up and then cool down continuously, the hot water ran out quickly, and it took a long time for the boiler to heat again. The shower itself was tiny, weak, and seemed clogged with grime. The sink and the small shelf for toiletries were uncomfortable. There was no shelf or spot in the shower box for shampoo or soap, and the bathroom cleaning was lacking, especially the toilet, which was visibly dirty as shown in the photo.

“Great price/performance ratio”

We stayed in a very nice, clean apartment with a well‑equipped kitchen. The price was low, so we didn’t expect much, but the quality of the place pleasantly surprised us. The host’s communication was perfect and precise; I received all the necessary information beforehand, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Great job! The streets in this part of the city are a bit noisy, but we liked being close to the central train station, so we appreciated the location.

The room had a bad odor, no window, no bidet in the bathroom, and the common areas smelled foul. The air conditioner was noisy, the exterior structure was dilapidated, the bed was uncomfortable, there were missing towels, and there were noises from the upper floor.

The apartment is near the main train station and the metro, only a 10‑minute walk away. It was clean and had all the basic amenities. Communication with the host was easy and clear.
