“Niet schoon, niet je geld waard.”

The room was nice and within walking distance of the charming Alaçatı street. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned at all; the bathroom was dirty, as were the toilet and the flush button. There were crumbs on the wardrobe and the nightstand. The sink was blocked, and the towels that were ready at check‑in were completely wet. We definitely did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel.

“Nie wieder.”

Absolutely not recommended – a single disappointment! From the moment we arrived, we were met with great indifference. When we entered the room, the door handle was broken. There was no sign of hygiene: the toilet seat was completely yellow‑stained and unkempt. The next day’s breakfast was even worse. The foods served were faded. Old dishes were repeated; we’re sure the cheese was washed and served again. The worst part was the pool – it was extremely dirty and unhygienic. After using it, our children fell ill: they developed redness and rash on their hands, followed by vomiting and severe diarrhoea. The kids contracted an infection from the pool – our holiday turned into a nightmare. The staff were unfriendly.
