Complete lack of communication from the working team. We asked to cancel the reservation, but after a few days of waiting and silence, we withdrew the cancellation request and kept the booking. A few hours before check‑in we received a message that the reservation had been cancelled, and the staff told us they had already assigned us a room. We had to scramble at the last minute to find a place to sleep. Extremely unprofessional; I saw another review with a similar issue.

We had nothing good to say because they cancelled our reservation on the last day before we were supposed to arrive, claiming the season was over. That’s just unprofessional and rude. We’re not going to keep talking about it – we’ll warn everyone to double‑check dates even if you book a month in advance.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver, but if it wasn’t there it would have been a disaster. The description says “private bathroom,” but it’s actually a shack 20 meters from the caravan, and you’re stuck with the smell of other people’s crap when you try to shower. The shower and toilet are not up to any decent standard.

Neseriozitate maximă puteau să ne anunțe cu 2,3,zile înainte că locația e închisă,am bătut drumul până acolo degeaba când am ajuns in sa spus că locația e închisă și că ne cazează la un hotel an oraș.Pozele din Booking nu corespund e bătaie de joc din partea gazdei.Am cerut anularea rezervări.Atentie gazda după ce faceți rezervarea încearcă să vi se ia bani prețul cazări de pe card și după ce ajungeți la locație va trimite la hotel.Eu cu greu am rezolvat cu anularea rezervări și am avut noroc că nu au putut lua bani din card.An final mare grija este bătaie de joc
