I was shocked to find missing items in the room, a clogged toilet, construction noise while trying to rest, housekeeping walking in while we were sleeping, weak Wi‑Fi, and constant chatter in the lobby—just a lot of problems.

The location is great, the rooms are tidy and cozy, the price is absolutely fair, the breakfast is amazing, and from check‑in to check‑out every staff member was friendly and courteous.
