The place was filthy, insects were everywhere, and they didn’t provide soap or toothbrushes. I spent the whole night chasing an insect to kill it and couldn’t even sleep.

“Bad Hotel with very poor facility”

The location is the only decent thing here; everything else falls short. The hotel’s policies are restrictive and disappointing—no second key for a double room, a deposit is required for an extra key, and we had to rely on staff to open the door each time we left. Receptionist Stanly was rude and unhelpful with our requests. They never mentioned that the breakfast buffet was unavailable; instead, they offered a small boxed meal that you could pick from, but it was cold and had no heating option. Choices were limited to local fare, ignoring international travelers. The room was a mess: no cupboards, no drawers, so we left our clothes in bags on the floor for all eight days. There was no phone in the room, so any request meant walking out. The in‑room safe was broken, a couple of hangers were snapped, and the window wouldn’t close, forcing us to change rooms for a better one that still lacked basic amenities. The bed sheet wasn’t clean when we arrived. We paid a high rate for nothing of value.
