“Parfair”

The place is spot‑on, just a few steps from the centre, and the staff were very helpful, letting me check in a bit earlier to rest. There’s a bridge to a café on Garibaldi where you can grab breakfast, which is really nice. Everything was flawless – the hotel is quiet, clean, and the breakfast in the city café is lovely, especially by the river.

Nice spot, boiled water available. The breakfast was very modest – we expected more. The coffee bar was nice though.

“Dobra lokalizacja, do dopracowania udogodnienia”

The location is outstanding – by the river, close to Pisa Centrale station, and just behind the bridge into the old part of Pisa. The building is pretty and the common area décor (furniture, joinery, vibe) is great. The room is spacious, with external shelves for hanging clothes. The fridge is there, but there’s no knife or spoon. We needed a luggage storage because we arrived at 7 am; the description mentioned storage, but in reality our bags (the host let us leave them) just lay next to the reception at the very entrance of the shared area for a few rooms until we could check in again. In theory someone should have been at the reception at other hours, but after being there five times a day, in the evening and the morning at check‑out, I never saw anyone. A capsule espresso machine and kettle were available, but only with mini plastic cups, so you can have espresso but not tea or a larger coffee. The room had a larger plastic cup, but it was for two people. The wooden doors with glass were only covered with a paper blind, so there was no soundproofing. Luckily the neighbours weren’t too loud, but you could hear anyone leaving the room for the shared area or outside. In the shower only the rainfall shower head worked; the hand shower was broken.

Lo único bueno podría ser la ubicación, que está delante del río Arno. Aunque hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen vistas al río, creo que solo una, pero todas las demás dan a patios interiores. La zona común donde hay un cafetera etc sí que tiene vistas al río Arno. La entrada autónoma fue un desastre. El mensaje que envió el dueño por la aplicación era diferente al que envió por whatsap, por lo que muchas de las claves no iban y fue complicado entrar. Nos dijeron que cada 3 días cambiaban las sábanas y tampoco fue así. La nevera congelaba literalmente los alimentos. El agua de la ducha y el grifo siempre salía caliente, no había forma de usar agua fría. La clave del wifi estaba mal escrita en los 2 carteles que había. Las cerraduras de las puertas son muy inseguras, cualquier persona que esté en el airbnb puede tirar esa puerta abajo y entrar. El ascensor para subir también es muy pequeño. Por la noche se oía un ruido constantemente, como de un compresor o similar. La verdad que fue muy decepcionante. Solo había una persona algunas mañanas, pero el resto del tiempo no hay nadie que te pueda atender. El precio que tiene es muy alto para el mal servicio que da
