The front desk team, Bally and Dee, were incredibly helpful during both of our stays, and a shout‑out to MelC and Munkmink at the restaurant who looked after us every day. I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this still stands out as one of the best hotels in Thailand—definitely the best in Patong. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well‑maintained, the vibe is relaxed, and the views stretch from the sea to the mountains. The hot water lasts long enough to fill the tub. The only downside: the beds are so comfortable that it’s hard to leave the room.
