The staff's kindness and professionalism really stood out
The four pools, including three outdoor pools with many hydro massage stations and one indoor pool, were a major highlight
The hotel's cleanliness was truly impressive
The lunch and dinner servings were also a highlight, with good food and quality wines

Everything was perfect 😄😍
The pools, the grotto, and the sauna were great. I’ve been staying here for years and I’m happy, but the bathroom fixtures in the rooms are getting a bit dated and need updating, and I also dislike the carpet in the bedrooms. That’s the only flaw I see in the property.
“Grazie”
All compliments to everyone
Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with good service. The room was nice, clean, and had a great view. I would improve the bathrooms; the water height is too low for people with mobility issues.
Everything was great, absolutely everything.
