The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the location was great; the staff member Cortez was friendly.

The breakfast was good.

The place is well located, but the bed had a hole in the mattress—absolutely horrible.

The reception was courteous and the breakfast area was spacious, yet the room was cramped, the beds and pillows were bad, and the value for money was terrible given those conditions.
