I liked the price and the location, the neighborhood was okay and safe, there was space for a car, and check‑in was fast and easy; the bed wasn’t the best, but otherwise nothing negative.

There were guests who were kind (not the host or staff), and because there were no host or staff present, I could check out whenever I wanted; however, the host and staff did not respond to anything at all.

I had a great stay, nothing to complain about.

I never got to stay there, so I paid $400 elsewhere. They said no room was available, so I want a full refund, which hasn't been sent yet.
