The pillows were comfortable and the bed felt cozy, but I chose this place hoping there would be many restaurants nearby, and instead there were almost none, with little people or conveniences around. I would have preferred disposable slippers, and I’m not sure if the location is actually good because I don’t know the area well.

The window was leaking, so we were offered a swap, but it wasn’t worth it for just one night; they tried to dry the window but didn’t repair it.

I was confused because the website said pets were allowed, but when we got to the room I learned only certain rooms accept them, so they had to move me.

The hotel’s public bath was convenient, but the room’s soundproofing was so poor that I could hear the neighboring room, even the bathroom sounds, and the wind outside kept me awake all night.
