Babis was a great guy who explained everything clearly, was polite and kind, and the room was lovely and very clean; I would recommend it and definitely stay again when in London. Everything was perfect.

The property had no sign board and no open door.

I couldn’t find the property; they gave me the number for Park Plaza Park Royal Hotel, I went there with the confirmation number, they checked their system and said I had been scammed, I am looking for a refund, and I ended up sleeping in my car. I didn’t find the wrong address and the wrong phone number was given.
