The room was so uncomfortable I could barely walk, there was a strong bad odor, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom smelled like a pit, the stairs were extremely uncomfortable, there were no facilities for elderly or disabled guests, and the booking page didn't mention the stairs. For a hotel of such poor quality, the price was too high. I didn't leave because it was already the last two nights, I had some problems and needed to get to the airport late, and booking didn't back me up with a refund.
