The rooms on the ground floor are cleaner than those on the top, and the breakfast was very good. Getting in was a hassle with an unnecessary process, and the parking setup was impractical. The manager was absent the whole time we tried to file a complaint about a sewage smell that made our room unusable. Watch out for the Deluxe Suites upstairs; the smaller ground‑floor suites are better, a bit pricier but worth it. The pool area and chairs look too white and cold.

A secluded countryside property near Nardo, beautifully designed with a main pool, while our rooms featured private jacuzzis and patios. The bathroom had Bvlgari toiletries, and breakfast was excellent with a menu to order from. The staff went above and beyond, helping us pick restaurants, plan day trips, arrange shuttle service, and suggest beach spots. Nothing to complain about.

The place is fantastic, and with the spa added, it’s even more complete. The massage was wonderful, and Laura at the wellness center was superb. The breakfast products were high quality, and the reception staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to meet any request. I was disappointed that I couldn’t choose my pillows, a feature that was available the last time I stayed there.
