The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Some bathroom items were dirty or loose, like the cold water shower tap, and the bathroom fixtures looked a bit old, but everything else was immaculate. The staff were very attentive, and the location is 10/10.

The location, the hearty and varied breakfast, the friendly staff, and the quiet, clean accommodation were all great, but a few guests found the beds too firm.

The service from Carolina was outstanding; she walked us through the city and even recommended tours. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The hotel is very quiet and in a great spot, so you can walk around the whole city. The breakfast was very good. The facilities feel a bit old‑fashioned, but everything was kept in impeccable condition, worked perfectly, and was extremely clean.

Everything. The rooms are excellent, the heating is adequate, the bedding and toilets are high quality, and they even keep the water at a convenient temperature for tea.
