“Boa relação preço qualidade”
The location, friendly staff, and bed were positives, but the room’s soundproofing was poor, the room was small, and there was a smell of food in the morning.

The rooms and breakfast were good.

The staff were courteous and helpful, the buffet breakfast was plentiful, the location is very close to the metro, and the surroundings are clean. The bathroom in the room wasn’t very comfortable, especially the shower.

Very well located, very clean, comfortable rooms, staff very pleasant and attentive! The breakfast was great. This is my second visit and I definitely plan to come back.

I’m not new to Italy, but this was my first visit to Turin and the city really impressed me. My mother, daughter and I stayed at Hotel Plaza and from the moment we checked in we were greeted warmly and taken care of. Every staff member was professional, helpful, genuinely kind and always had a smile ready. Giacomo from the breakfast team deserves a shout‑out for his constant friendliness. The breakfast itself was tasty, the location spot on, and housekeeping did a solid job. All of this made our stay comfortable and relaxing. What set the hotel apart was the genuine hospitality and attentiveness of the whole team. We’re leaving with great memories of Turin and a lovely hotel, and we’ll gladly recommend Hotel Plaza to anyone visiting the city and plan to come back.
