The location was great, and the staff at reception were very friendly.

The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were well maintained. The main elevator was out of service, so everyone used the secondary elevator instead of the stairs.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Lake Placid and within walking distance to all the Olympic venues. The elevator was out of order, so we had to use the service elevator, which was confusing because we never knew where it was going. The shower only had men’s body wash, which wasn’t great for women. Our room was cleaned in the morning, but we had to ask for towels for the next day. The only off‑street parking was a valet service.
