The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was outside the room, and every time we needed to use the service we had to dress up to avoid inconveniencing the neighboring rooms.
“Ottimo”
The building is brand‑new and spotless even in the little details, so I recommend it. Everything was perfect.
The location is excellent.
Comfortable space, very clean, parking available on the property, surrounded by trees. A very quiet place.
It sits just a few kilometres from Perugia and less than 1 km from the highway exit, in a three‑storey 1970s block in a very quiet area. Unfortunately the walls and ceiling are poorly insulated, so you hear the upper floor at night.
