Nova Samui Resort

Nice view of a beautiful garden and a pretty swimming pool; the room was spacious with air‑con, individual Wi‑Fi, a hairdryer, a kettle, and all the essentials for a good stay. The bathroom was a bit messy, looked very old, the furniture was crumbling with dark, nasty spots hidden under other items, and the bathroom door was broken and couldn't close, but thankfully I was traveling alone.

“Good value and a great location, but the double-bed issue was disappointing”

We booked a double room as a couple but were given two single beds. I asked twice to change rooms and was told we would be moved when one became available, but that never happened, which was frustrating for a five-night stay. On the positive side, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and the staff were friendly and polite. It’s more of an old-style guesthouse than a resort, with a slightly vintage, oriental feel. Despite the bed issue, I think it’s good value for money, especially for the location near the beach and Central Samui Mall

“Our one night stay!”

It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and the resort is very beautiful with lush green gardens. I wish there were more pillows on the bed for extra comfort. The TV remote didn't work, so we had to get up every time to change channels manually on the decoder. Lastly, the shower head didn't look very clean, so we decided not to shower there and took a shower when we got home.
