The room was poorly renovated with mold and was not clean when we arrived; there were questionable stains on the couch, floor, and even wall decor. Bugs were everywhere, so we slept with the lights on. The warm breakfast was the bare minimum. The location felt sketchy. One of the side doors was broken, and when we reported it to staff they suggested we prop it open, which was unsafe. There was no fenced dog area as advertised. It definitely wasn’t good value. The doggie welcome bag, popcorn, and cookies were nice touches, but I’d rather have a clean room and bed.

The front desk and GM were very kind and helpful. The room and pool were spotless and the breakfast was good. It was a good stay
