The location is good and provides a practical base. Parking is ample. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and offered a solid selection. Overall, good value for money.

The reception was friendly, the hotel has great outdoor dining, a spacious room, tasteful décor, a clean large bathroom, good tasty food, and a very abundant breakfast, so I’d gladly book a room there again anytime.

The proximity to Meiningen was especially nice because we had several appointments there, but the beer garden and breakfast room were full of flies.
