A big thank you to the entire establishment, from management to the service women. In particular, Hanae took care of me after a personal issue, gave me gifts (flowers and a hat), and showed a lot of kindness throughout the stay. Thanks to the concierge and his whole team. Great job to everyone for your kindness during those three days.
