The spot is great and the building has a lovely charm. Andrea, the host, was wonderful and everything was spotless. The outdoor deck is a real highlight of Trastevere. The new toilet was a bit of a hassle to flush, and they asked if we had put anything in it; we hadn't put anything except human waste.

The location was fine, yet the manager didn’t reply to emails about parking, there was no parking available, the breakfast consisted of fridge food, croissants, and frozen pancakes—overall not a proper breakfast, the coffee machine was broken, and if you’re driving into Rome this place is best avoided; on top of that water leaked from the roof into the bed!

The location was great, the cleanliness was exceptional, and the comfort was good. We had an issue with the first room, but the host moved us to a different room the same day, fixing the problem.
