I was really impressed with this hotel - the staff were super friendly and the place was spotless. The location was great too, but what let it down was the noise from other guests. It was like they had no consideration for people trying to sleep, and it was a real shame because otherwise I'd have given it a full thumbs up. We'll definitely be back, but hopefully they can sort out the noise issue.
The room was comfy, but that's about where the positives end. The blankets were absolutely rank, like they hadn't been washed in ages. And to make matters worse, there was no hot water and the WiFi was pretty much useless.
The hotel failed to impress in almost every way. The bed was a letdown, feeling uncomfortable and not exactly inviting. To make matters worse, the toilet was out of order and the towels looked like they'd been there since the dawn of time. The service we received was also subpar, with staff seemingly uninterested in helping us out. To top it all off, the bathroom door handle was broken, which added to the overall sense of neglect.

The security guards were particularly lovely, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions we had about the area. The housekeeping team was also great, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
