“Eine absolute Empfehlung für dieses zauberhafte Schloss im Märchenwald”

A lovingly restored castle with stunning rooms and a charming, dedicated couple who crafted a wonderful breakfast each day right in the courtyard. Even though the castle sits a bit off the beaten path in a fairy‑tale forest, the Château de Bois Charmant was the highlight of our entire France trip. Thanks to Catherine and Denis for an exceptionally beautiful and pleasant stay.

“Esperienza unica”

A beautiful castle with magnificently decorated rooms, spotless bathrooms, and impressive amenities. The owners are incredibly kind and super helpful. Upon arrival we embarked on a fairy‑tale themed treasure hunt throughout the estate, which entertained children, teens, and adults alike. The dinner and breakfast in the castle courtyard were delightful. Absolutely worth trying, especially for the value. For those seeking a more informal setting, there are two wooden cabins in the woods (one on a tree). Marvelous!

“Best place we have stayed in 15 years”

The place was absolutely majestic and magical. We stumbled upon this chateau while exploring the region, and it became the highlight of the trip. The only downside was that we only had two nights left to enjoy this wonderful place.

Charming is the word, and every part of the visitor experience was thoughtfully arranged. The chateau was beautifully renovated, and the setting is delightful. Our children loved the treasure hunt, and the locally sourced food and drinks were the cherry on top.
