Very nice location, comfortable bed. No information about breakfast even though it should have been included in the booking (the reception in another building was unfortunately closed in the morning at the time of our departure). Bathroom cleanliness was lacking (presence of mold). The photos did not represent the actual room.

Well located, courteous staff. Carpets everywhere.

Surely a very well‑located place and very pretty in the photos. Lack of understanding… We had to change accommodation at the last moment. No baby bed and the room was too small to accommodate it; the limited written communication with the establishment was not very understanding. I won't give 0 everywhere because I sincerely think the place should be good but the staff and problem management: 0. We did not enjoy the place and had to find another place to sleep.

Very happy with our choice; lunch included, just steps from Château Frontenac.

The spot is great, but the stairs are steep and the shower area is cramped.
