The owners were friendly, the place was spotless, the room was very comfortable and roomy, and the extras like continuous breakfast, coffee, milk, bakery items, and 24‑hour bottled water were great. I would have liked a few more pillows.

The property was clean and comfortable overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was spacious and comfortable for two people. The sheets and towels were nice and clean. The room was cleaned daily, and housekeeping was done well. I appreciated the free bottled water, especially during the hot summer when we needed to drink a lot. There were also complimentary snacks like biscuits or croissants, which was a nice touch. The property was quiet at night, so we slept well. One bed broke during our stay, but the staff fixed it quickly, which I appreciated. The main issue was the lift. It was very old and outdated, and it made us feel uncomfortable. The doors had to be opened and closed manually, and the wiring and other parts were exposed, which felt unsafe. Because of this, we avoided the lift and used the stairs instead. The location was not my favorite; it was in an alleyway and at times didn’t feel the safest or most comfortable, especially at night. However, the quietness helped us sleep.
