The staff were friendly, and everything else was fine. The only downside was that everything—shops and transport—was close by.

Being in the city centre was great, but they told me I’d booked two breakfasts, while it seemed the breakfasts were only available if I actually reserved them.

The bed was comfy and the team was nice! The problem was that the bathroom didn’t offer privacy; with a group of friends it’s annoying because after the shower there’s nowhere to dress privately, which makes logistics tricky. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell when we arrived, though that might have been a one‑off.
