The location is great, with all shopping malls close by, and the breakfast is very good, but the room I stayed in was dirty and I found spiders and cockroaches.

The hotel is close to shopping centers, the Prattunam market (everything is walkable), a pier, and a BTS station within 10 minutes, so everything is really nearby; the hotel itself is a bit old and the breakfast is very limited, but the price‑to‑quality ratio is fair for the location.
