The apartment was very clean, located just outside the city but conveniently served by tram, and the late check‑in was organized efficiently; however, our apartment was on the main road, which was very busy.
The hotel feels very modern, clean, and spacious.

The equipment was very good, and the distance to Heidelberg was convenient. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Everything was optimal.
