When I was charged, I was told the price shown in the app was a promotional rate that would only apply if paid in cash and in U.S. dollars, which I found absurd since I was in Chile and wasn’t properly informed when booking through the app; I believe this violates booking policies and left me extremely embarrassed by the improper charge.

“Lugar perfecto”

A fantastic spot! The breakfast was exquisite and plentiful, and being on the main street meant everything was really close. Hot water was never an issue and there’s a small changing area right next to the shower. We stayed in a cabin and I was worried about the cold, but I didn’t feel a single chill. Absolutely the best! 💗🌅

“opção economica”

Great location, right on the first block of the main street, just 5 minutes from restaurants and shops. It’s an economical accommodation, not luxurious, but works fine for those who aren’t demanding too much. The bathroom in my room was very, very small, and they only put a tiny towel outside the shower on the last day – that caused some dampness. The bathroom door is very thin and you can hear everything inside, so there’s no privacy.
