I’ve always liked the location and overall vibe, but the property feels a bit worn and urgently needs refurbishment.

The décor was appealing, the Japanese restaurant was fantastic, and the deli offered convenient snacks and last‑minute souvenirs. The rooms were outdated yet spacious and comfortable. The security hold fee was unexpected; I would have appreciated knowing about it beforehand.

“I really had high hopes for this hotel. I just wish I would’ve had a better customer experience.”

Really cute property… Close to Disneyland and they have a shuttle. Staff is extremely rude, literally everybody I talk to the whole time I was there was rude, except the bartender. They make everything so difficult to do to get any help. Housekeeping also stole my daughter’s iPad and did not give it back until I filed a formal report

Location, large rooms, cabanas. Dated, AC doesn’t flow to bedrooms, outlets are hard to locate, not many to use
