“Avoid if possible!”
swimming pool and our room had good city view. people’s attitude! There were some nice staff and some extremely rude, unfriendly ones! Breakfast was awful comparing to all other hotel breakfasts we had during this trip and the attitude of the waiter that was in charge of our table made the whole experience 1000 times worse! We do not recommend this hotel as the staff attitude is very much a hit and miss

The dining room and pool had great views, the spa facilities were lovely, and the hotel‑organised activities were fantastic, especially the e‑bike mountain ride; even though we had a hire car, the hotel shuttle bus made everything convenient, and we used it to reach the gondola, bike shop and for return trips from town.
A fantastic hotel with incredibly helpful staff. The food was amazing, and they always arranged suitable alternatives for our allergies. This place earns the highest score in every way. There is nothing to complain about.

The food was very good, breakfast and dinner were top‑class, the staff were friendly and very attentive.
