Last minute cancellation was a real letdown - they told me a week before my stay that there were no rooms available, even though my booking had been sitting there unconfirmed. Not exactly what I'd call reliable. No point in booking if they're just going to cancel on you like that.

The location's pretty convenient, that's for sure. However, I was a bit put off by the inconsistent service from the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Not exactly what I'd expect, but I guess you get what you pay for.
