The room was clean, the air conditioning just right, and overall it was comfortable. The staff were also kind.

The staff were friendly and the room, including the bed, was spacious enough to feel comfortable. I did notice a faint smell that seemed like tobacco inside, struggled with the air‑conditioner remote, and was disappointed with the taxi driver who took me to a restaurant in Hanamaki—he drove recklessly, seemed unfamiliar with the map, behaved oddly, and charged ¥900 more than the return ride.

I’m a repeat guest and always find the rooms spotless; even on the smoking floor there’s no lingering odor that bothers me. The breakfast comes with a huge selection and tastes excellent, and I have no complaints at all.
