“Unforgettable summer vacation at the Monte Tauro”

Our family had an unforgettable stay at the Eurostars Monte Tauro this past summer. From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff greeted us with smiles and refreshing snacks :) Any assistance we asked for was graciously provided, from special requests at breakfast, to directions to the many places to visit on our list. Breakfast is tasty and authentic, the staff are experienced and genuine, always making us feel special - shoutout to the lovely Rosaria :) The location is brilliant, stunning views, very central and we especially enjoyed the walk to the main street a few times a day. We are already thinking about our next visit. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the stunning balcony. I really wanted to sit there but it needs to be cleaned every couple of days due to the many trees and birds above

“Kötünün iyisi”

Breakfast and location were good but climbing the stairs was very tiring. Employees were not helpful at all. They talked as if it was a joke, and when we asked for help they were unresponsive and rude, telling us to leave. In rainy weather, the second room we stayed in took on water and everything got drenched. The hotel is very old and needs renovation.

Breakfast and staff were top. The pool and staff were top. Coffee and milk were never refilled in the room; we had to ask at reception every day. A cup of coffee on the balcony with a great view is a lovely start to the day. The bathroom exhaust was poor. In general, room service should have been better, especially cleaning the floor. It was a shame that the great bar on the second floor was never open in the evening. No pianist either. But we had a nice holiday.

The hotel is stunning, breakfast is tasty with a wide variety, the service staff are pleasant, clean, and rooms are spacious. Arriving at the hotel by car involves a very steep climb up or down before the hotel, possible but scary at times. We used the hotel’s parking service – they take, park, and retrieve your car when needed, expensive but worth it.
