I stayed in the "Suite del Bon Vivant," a private‑bathroom room that was super clean, comfortable, and set in a tidy, welcoming environment. The spot was quiet, perfect for recharging. The terrace was beautiful, equipped with two loungers, a table, and an umbrella—an ideal spot to enjoy some fresh air. The shared kitchen (which I didn’t use but saw) was spotless, organized, and fully equipped with an oven, fridge, and coffee machine. Francesca, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind, answering every question and making the stay even more pleasant. A peaceful oasis—highly recommended!

“Ho soggiornato come mi aspettavo, Francesca simpatica e gentile.”

I was looking for a place to sleep while visiting friends who couldn’t host, so I found a spot in the countryside, very quiet, where I could wander without ending up on the road. From the accommodation to Pontedera train station it takes only 30 minutes on foot, which I did because there’s a bike path that’s straight and calm. Francesca explained everything possible, from the room to the kitchen, and even potential issues (like the hot water that comes and goes when you shower) without leaving anything out. Unfortunately, the room walls aren’t sound‑proof, and for the first two nights I had three people in the neighboring room who, especially the first night, talked and laughed late, and I could hear everything, even one of the three snoring, so it was hard to rest at first, but in the end it’s just a matter of other guests’ manners.

“Semplicemente Accogliente”

Almost everything was great; I had a wonderful stay, and the owner is the best I’ve ever met in all my stays so far! The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included.

“MOLTO SODDISFATTO E CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE”

The location is very convenient for moving easily to nearby centers, the area is very quiet, and the owner is very helpful.
