We adored the beauty of the property and the staff—everyone from servers to cleaners and guards were absolutely amazing. The only disappointment was the polluted beach; if the hotel could arrange a cleanup, people would be able to swim again.

The location was good. The new Russian owners have lowered the food quality, staff no longer speak English even though the menu is in English, and we were served wrong dishes. The previous Vietnamese owners were much better.

The bungalow was great, breakfast was good, and it was perfect for a few days of rest away from the bustle. Nothing else to note.

The hotel is a short walk from the beach, the staff are very friendly, the setting is beautiful and calm—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the island. The cleaning was only average; it rained and flooded our room, the sheets weren’t changed throughout the week, and the bed was never made, only the comforter was stretched.

The setting is paradisiacal, the staff are kind for those who want simplicity and authenticity, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is good. The beach isn’t well cleaned by the staff, with dead fish and various trash.
