We stayed on the club floor and enjoyed all the related perks. The staff took excellent care of us, the room’s furnishings were high‑quality and cohesive, and the hotel itself was lovely, especially the fountain pool. The staff there were attentive and the guests spread out nicely despite the many loungers.

The renovated room was a big plus—very comfortable and well‑done. On‑site restaurants were excellent, especially Ferraro (Italian). The family enjoyed the pools and activities. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was great, the food was high‑standard, and all other amenities matched what you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. Drinks, nibbles, and breakfast were slightly overpriced. Parking options were limited, with a mandatory daily charge on site. There was no Luau, and the spa could stay open longer.

The restaurants were good and booking was fairly simple, but the spa was pricey for what it offered. The property itself was tiny, the kids’ pools were fine but the adult pool was unusable, and the sun umbrellas were almost always down by 11 am because of a weak breeze, leaving no shade nearby.
