The villa sits in a quiet alley, and its size is impressive with huge rooms each having its own bathroom. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s just a 10‑minute drive to the center, and there’s a mini‑mart right next door. The downside was the unpleasant smells in some of the bathrooms.

Inside the rice field, there were no flies, and the view was absolutely stunning; we stayed for a week without a single complaint, feeling right at home. We especially liked Eric and are grateful for everything.

The place was very peaceful and spacious enough for our nine‑person family, offering breakfast, massages, and spa services, plus food grab services. A mini‑mart nearby stocked essential items and snacks. The main drawback is its distance from Ubud’s center, making nighttime outings difficult in the dark unless you’re just staying with family in the villa, which is still a great spot. One room’s bed was shaky; a fix would be appreciated.

The pool and location were really nice, and the staff were friendly. However, rooms had a strong odor, the house felt old, and the facilities were in poor condition. The beds were awful, and there were noises through walls and roofs as if something was living there—sleep was far from comfortable. This villa needs renovation ASAP.
