The location was great. Central to our main activities. The staff were great. Would stay here again. The hotel was great. I wouldn't change anything about that. Our booking experience through the app left a little to be desired. We needed to be able to cancel one night because our plans changed and we were unable to do that through either the hotel or the app. The app, erroneously, said to contact the hotel regarding changes to our stay. The hotel let us know they couldn't touch our reservation since it was made through a third party. Why tell customers to contact the hotel directly if the hotels are powerless to change anything? So frustrating. I spent 2 hours in a mindless loop trying to get a partial refund. We essentially paid double for our stay because neither customer service for nor the hotel were able to adjust the dates of our stay. I would much rather book directly through the hotel and pay higher tax than deal with this app any longer

My stay at this hotel was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful, which was a big plus. However, I had a bit of a stressful time due to the frequent fire alarms going off at all hours, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. I was also left wondering if I'd need to evacuate at any moment, and I had to keep all my belongings ready to go, just in case. It was a bit of a chaotic experience, to say the least.
