The staff were very friendly, but the floor I stayed on had no light in the corridor, the air conditioning was like a cold blast that chilled the room, and it was small.

The hotel generally offers good service, especially the reception staff, cleaning, location, and even a nice panoramic view. The pillows, whatever they’re filled with, left me with neck and head pain when I woke up; the drywall walls between rooms let everything through, so neighbors woke me at about 2:40 am, chatting for 15 minutes and then making other noises for another 15, and I think the beds shouldn’t be at the same height in adjacent rooms; call me exaggerated but the drywall didn’t help at all. The housekeeping staff apparently checks the belongings left in rooms (be more discreet) or respect that they shouldn’t take others’ items.
