It was close to Cromer Park Football Stadium where I played in the Australian Walking Football interstate cup; the building itself was old.

The hotel’s location was great; I played football at Cromer Park over the weekend and the hotel was just a 5‑minute walk away. The room seemed newly renovated, neat and tidy, perfect for my visit. It was a short walk to the Dee Why RSL, but the food and prices at Time and Tide made it unnecessary to go there. The only nitpick was that an armchair would have been nice; the room was huge and could have accommodated one. Crockery was available on request, but it would have been better to have it in the room.

“It is very good value for money”

The room was very clean and tidy, but the bedspreads look old in the photos even though the rooms have been updated.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the fridge a decent size, and the bathroom large. However, someone had left keys and a bag of clothes in the room we were given, making us feel as if the room had been used before or the cleaner had not been very observant.
