A private balcony is attached to the air‑conditioned Double Room with Balcony. The room contains one extra‑large double bed, with an extra bed available on request, and a wardrobe for storage. A private bathroom serves the two guests. A separate entrance provides direct access to the room.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It’s also close to French Colony, White Town, Rock Beach, Mangrove Boating, and Nehru Nagar, a local shopping area. Breakfast wasn’t served at the hotel, but that was fine because there were plenty of restaurants just 5 minutes away.

I recently stayed at AKG hotel, Pondicherry and it was fantastic! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed—great AC, clean linens, and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free stay. Will definitely return!

When I walked into the lobby, insects were everywhere and some had even died on the floor; there was no air‑conditioning in the lobby or the lift, and the room’s AC was set too low, so I had to ask for a room change. The staff were pushing for a 5‑star Google review despite all these problems, and the manager, Vettri Selvam, behaved in a terrible way with no sense of safety.
Very clean, easy to locate, well‑behaved staff, and nice breakfast.
