We stayed in a four‑person, three‑night trip in September 2026. The house was very atmospheric, spacious, two‑storey, with two separate bedrooms on the upper floor (the beds were very comfortable!). The kitchen was fully equipped, huge, perfect for cooking and dining together. The famous beach and the Bufones were about a 10‑15 minute walk away. On the way there was a nice restaurant (about 5 minutes), but the kitchen closed at 15:30, after which only drinks and snacks were available. The nearest town with shops and bars was about a 10 minute drive. We had excellent contact with the owner, who gave us a map of local attractions and recommended restaurants. We recommend it as a cool base for exploring Asturias by car. Things that could be improved: We arrived late at night and couldn't find washing machine detergent, trash bags, or paper kitchen towels. It would be nice to have those included, because there is no way to shop in the evening. A dish rack for washed dishes would also be useful, since there is nowhere to put them after washing and no dishwasher. These are small details that did not affect our very positive stay.
