I didn't find anything good, but the place was definitely dirty.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable for the price, yet the elevator was broken on one side of the hotel, which was annoying when I was on the 5th floor; the doors appeared damaged or had been kicked in. The bathroom and carpets were filthy and needed shampooing. The front‑desk guy struggled with the program cards, making it a hassle to get the elevator down to the 5th floor with all my luggage. Breakfast was a joke; there was hardly anything in the large breakfast area, and they had to use a makeshift setup.

The location was convenient; however, we had to try 9 room keys before one worked, found a big stain on the comforter, the fridge was frozen and had to be swapped, the AC was weak, the bath sink wouldn't drain and maintenance had to snake it but never fixed it, and the main elevator was out of order so we had to use the stairs.
