This place feels exactly like a holiday should: the house is cosy yet spacious, spotless, and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen, though small, has everything you need for basic cooking. The garden is a big perk—listening to the river, plenty of lounging spots, and great sporting equipment—so even with other guests nearby I still had my own private corner. The host gave us a fantastic explanation and a detailed map of local activities, and there are amazing walks and restaurants within walking distance, plus more to explore by short car rides. Parking is roomy and hassle‑free compared to many Spanish spots. The shower feels spa‑like, and overall the place has hotel‑level quality with a tranquil vibe. I’d stay again—thanks! Just a few tiny points: if you’re coming from the non‑Barzana side, the parking can be hard to spot—we almost missed it on the first try. There’s a sign on the gate and on one side of the house, but when the gate is open and you drive from the other side you don’t notice it. The host only speaks Spanish, but she’s very attentive and with a bit of gestures, the map, and a translation app, communication is still smooth.
