The breakfast was amazing and Federica was wonderful attending to our every possible request.
The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent hours taking in the views.

“A very beautiful and truly special place for me. The peaceful surroundings, greenery, and the pool make it a wonderful p”
Beautiful and peaceful property. The place is very beautiful, well maintained, and surrounded by lovely greenery, which makes the whole setting feel incredibly serene. It’s a great spot to disconnect and enjoy the atmosphere of Puglia. I also appreciated seeing that the resort grows some of its own products, such as olives, zucchini, and other vegetables, giving the property an authentic and sustainable feel that makes the experience even more special. Overall, it’s a very charming and relaxing place with great attention to surroundings and maintenance. What could be improved: Unfortunately, our bathroom was the main disappointment. Visible mold and very limited ventilation produced a strong musty smell, which was quite unpleasant compared to the beautiful standard of the rest of the property. I mentioned the issue to Federica, who was extremely kind and helpful; we appreciated her assistance, but I felt the property could have offered a small gesture or acknowledgment as an apology. I understand that the traditional stone used throughout the property can make humidity and mold more challenging to manage, but this should receive particular attention and regular maintenance, especially in bathrooms. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, but addressing the ventilation and mold issue would significantly improve the guest experience. The breakfast is wonderful and the service is just so nice. Federica and the staff are great.
What a place! So beautiful and peaceful (although our kids managed to disrupt that peace a little!). We spent most of the day in the wonderful pool, plenty of shade for reading books. Breakfast was fabulous too. Nothing

A tiny oasis of calm, the little property offered a great pool, a superb breakfast and total comfort.
The only issue I had with this resort was an ant problem in the room, which was very bad, but they took care of it as fast as they could. A bee problem meant you couldn’t eat in the area where food was served, and the location was off the beaten path, which I didn’t expect, but it was quiet.

I can’t stop thinking about that stay at this hidden gem; Luca and the whole crew went above and beyond. Everything feels ultra‑luxury, and the breakfast was a highlight—especially the focaccia cheese and meats platter. We spent the night swimming under the moonlight, stargazing, and just relaxing, which was absolutely divine. We’re already counting down the days until we come back. I don’t have any complaints! 😬
