The location is highly strategic, surrounded by plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the Cipete area. Additionally, the room itself is quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is not included, and there are no amenities. Moreover, the room was dirty and clearly in need of renovation.

The room was cheap and the 2+1 bed layout worked well for a family, but the duvet and pillow were yellowish and the bathroom sink was exposed.
