The place was super cute in the green, great for short business trips to cities like Hannover or Celle, and check‑in was lightning fast; I accidentally paid twice, but the second charge was refunded instantly and on time, so I’ll probably come back. The Wi‑Fi and TV were lacking.

The room was very clean, everything looked tidy and well‑kept. The staff were reachable by phone, and they had already contacted me before I arrived, which made the arrival a bit easier. However, I had expected a classic hotel experience with personal service, atmosphere, and certain amenities based on the advertised price. My stay fell outside the season, so there was no staff on site, no other guests, and no breakfast offered. It was especially disappointing that these limitations were not shown online beforehand, so the overall package didn’t match the price. In hindsight, I could have had a very similar stay for much less money, for example in a basic hand‑crafted room, without really having to give up anything. Overall, it was a shame because the price and the service did not match from my point of view.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The outdoor space was truly beautiful, but unfortunately, the rooms didn't quite live up to the photos I'd seen. Our family room seemed to be stuck in a time warp, with decor that hadn't changed in decades. To make matters worse, when it was time to check out, the hotel was eerily empty and dark, so we ended up returning to our room to leave the key behind.
